Repair Authority has today (15th Sep) become part of CAIRE®’s Authorised Service Centre network to help support increased demands for oxygen equipment.

The US’ largest home medical equipment repair company, Ohio-based Repair Authority will now support CAIRE customers with critical repairs on equipment, such as oxygen concentrators, ventilators and other home respiratory devices.

A vital player in the medical space, CAIRE just earlier this year (April 2022) confirmed that its FreeStyle® Comfort® portable oxygen concentrator had outperformed other similar devices in a study conducted by medical professionals at George State University.

With Repair Authority now part of its Authorised Service Centre, the firm will now be able to better serve those that use its vital innovations and increase its footprint in the medical space.

On the news, Lanier Hogan, Global Parts and Services Manager at CAIRE, said, “Offering regular delivery routes in these six states is one of the major benefits of partnering with Repair Authority.”

“The convenience of their location, along with a faster turnaround, will have a direct impact on CAIRE’s providers who will be able to enhance their customer service to ensure their oxygen users enjoy a better quality of life.”

Repair Authority serves dealers nationwide, and offers pickup and delivery routes in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Outside of those routes, customers ship their equipment to the company’s Ohio facility.

As a result of its latest announcement, Repair Authority now joins ReOx Medical Services, Altra Services Professionals, and Oxygen Sales & Service, Inc. in providing support for CAIRE equipment as part of the Authorised Service Center network in the US.
